Does this sound like you?
You know stress affects your body, but you aren’t sure what to do about it
Your balance feels "off," especially when you're tired or stressed
You feel stiff even though you stretch regularly
You love learning and want to better understand how your brain and senses (👀 + 👂) influence movement
You're curious about a whole-body approach that goes beyond chasing symptoms.
If you're nodding along, this class was created for you.
I used to believe my body was broken.
For over a decade I lived with chronic back pain.
I tried stretching, strengthening, corrective exercises, manual therapy, massage.
Some things helped...
but nothing explained why my symptoms changed from day to day.
Everything shifted when I discovered applied neurology.
For the first time, I understood that my brain wasn't simply controlling movement, it was constantly deciding whether movement felt safe. And when I learned how to improve the quality of information my brain received through my eyes and inner ears...
everything changed.
I went from avoiding the activities I love for fear of my back going out, to moving with confidence and ease. I no longer worry about my body with gardening, weightlifting, mom-life duties, and playing with my two young kids.
It challenged my previous beliefs and completely change the way I approach movement, pain, and healing.
Now I teach these same foundational concepts to my clients every day so that they can get results that stick and live their best life.

This workshop is educational and movement is always optional. You'll learn how to stay within a comfortable range, never push into pain, and use your body's response as valuable feedback.
-
Absolutely.
Whether you're an active adult, busy parent, someone navigating chronic pain, or simply curious about your nervous system, this workshop is designed to meet you where you are.
Think of it as learning a new language: your brain's language.
You'll spend more time observing, assessing, and experimenting than "working out."
